Gear up for snow this year!

Weather forecasters are calling for up to a foot more of snow this year over last year. Consider 56″ your benchmark!

With this in mind, we encourage you to prepare yourself for the coming winter sports.

Up for skiing? Try these Dryland Ski Exercises, and get ready for powder! Each exercise can be done in a series of three, 10-15 reps per series.

  1. Side-to-side squat walks with or without a band.
  2. Back extensions, with or without additional weight.
  3. Box step-ups
  4. Squats
  5. Lateral box jumps
