During the summer months, the Flathead Valley gets wet! The Flathead Lake provides a great recreational outlet for visitors and residents alike. Now, there are new facilities and an open house party to celebrate their grand opening.
WHERE: Wayfarers Unit of the Flathead Lake State Park.
WHAT: The open house is free and open to the public.
WHEN:10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 16
The new ranger station will provide a public contact station for visitors to gain information about Flathead Lake State Park. There will also be a gift shop and a camp store.
The ranger station is located in the Harry Horn Day Use Area near the entrance of the Wayfarers Unit, just outside of Bigfork.
